Co-08 cobalt based alloy powder:
The powder has increased its tungsten and carbon content based on Co-06 powder, thereby enhancing its high-temperature red hardness and wear resistance. The weld overlay has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and wear resistance, and can still be used normally up to 800 ℃, making it suitable for machining. The powder is an improved powder of rare earth niobium trace element added on the basis of Co-08 powder, which refines the grain size and reduces the sensitivity of weld layer cracks. The inherent nitrogen fixation property of niobium element makes this powder suitable for welding 21-4N substrate valves.
