Fe60Fe90Fe45Fe5Fe313 Full Series Iron Based Alloy Powder Fe Alloy Metal Powder

Product name: Iron based alloy powder.
Category:
(1) Carbon steel and low-alloy powder
This type of material is the most widely used mechanical engineering material. It has good strength, wear resistance, wide sources, and low price. It is generally used for mechanical components that work at room temperature, as a hard surface coating for sliding surfaces and for repairing the size of worn parts. However, this type of material has a high melting point and is prone to oxidation and coating porosity during spraying.
(2) Iron chromium silicon alloy powder
This type of alloy spraying can obtain bright, dense coatings and good processing smoothness, with a coating hardness of up to 90HRB. It is used to repair worn bronze and stainless steel parts, as well as to repair cavitation in stainless steel containers. It can also be used as a coating on the lining surface, mechanical seal surface or motor shaft surface of pump shafts.
(3) Iron chromium boron silicon alloy powder
This series of alloys has good wear resistance, pressure resistance, and toughness, and is easy to process. They are used for wear-resistant parts, shaft pump surfaces, turbine casing sealing surfaces, and other parts. Due to the presence of elements such as boron and silicon, it has self melting properties and can be directly sprayed or remelted, making it suitable for laser cladding.

Characteristic:
1.The hardness, density, and bonding strength of the spray coating of iron-based alloy powder are roughly equivalent to those of nickel based alloy powder coating, so it can replace nickel based alloy powder in many occasions, but the toughness of the coating is lower than that of nickel based alloy powder coating. Iron based alloy powder coating has good wear resistance.
2.Iron based self soluble alloys are made by adding appropriate amounts of boron and silicon elements to iron carbon alloys. They are usually used in mechanical components that are wear-resistant and resistant to weak acid corrosion media at room temperature below 500 ℃. Although the comprehensive performance of iron-based self soluble alloys is not as good as nickel based and cobalt based alloys, their wide range of raw material sources and low prices are major advantages for their widespread application.
3.Iron based self melting alloy powder is more widely used than cobalt based and nickel based self melting alloy powder. It is usually applied to mechanical components that are wear-resistant and resistant to weak acid corrosion media below room temperature of 500 ℃, and has certain wear resistance properties. It is widely used in the steel industry, coal industry, petroleum and other energy industries for large-area welding and cladding of shafts, scrapers, oil cylinders, wear-resistant plates, pipes, rods, etc.
