Product Name: TC4 Titanium Alloy Powder.
Composition: TC4 titanium alloy powder is mainly composed of titanium (Ti) as the basic element, fused with about 6% of stable alpha phase element aluminum (Al) and about 4% of stable beta phase element vanadium (V). It also contains trace amounts of iron (Fe ≤ 0.25%),carbon (C ≤ 0.08%),oxygen (O ≤ 0.16%),nitrogen (N ≤ 0.01%),hydrogen (H ≤ 0.01%) and other elements.
The residual elongation stress σ r0.2/MPa is specified to be ≥ 825.
Elongation rate δ 5 (%) ≥ 10.
Tensile strength σ b/MPa ≥ 895.
The cross-sectional shrinkage rate (%) is ≥ 25.
The hardness is around HRC30.
Working temperature:- 100-550 (℃).
Features: Excellent corrosion resistance, low density, high strength, good toughness, good weldability, etc.
